DESCRIPTION:Now in its NINTH  year\, Northwich River Festival has cemented
  its status as one of our town’s most popular family events!\nIt’s jus
 t once a year that one of Northwich’s most beautiful assets is descended
  upon for a free-to-attend\, fun-filled day\, with Dragon Boat Racing\
 , Family Activities\, food\, drink\, a funfair and much more. Set on
  the River Weaver\, you can enjoy watching our teams race throughout the d
 ay in heats\, before the grand final. Could it be your team that will take
  the crown in 2026?\n\nAs well as the Dragon Boat Racing\, and The FAMOU
 S Duck Race\, Radio Northwich will be providing music from the green nex
 t to Wildwood.\n\nRace the Dragon will be providing commentary on each ra
 ce from the Riverside.\n\nThere will be many stalls – both retail and 
 charity/non-profit – offering a range of goods and family activities –
  PLUS a funfair of kiddies rides.\n\nA variety of hot and cold food an
 d drinks vendors will be there for you to help you keep your energy level
 s up for a fun-packed day.\n\nThe Rotary in Northwich gazebo is the Ev
 ent HQ\, where any lost property should be taken\, and lost children r
 eported / collected.
