An ambitious Northwich business is hoping to make 2020 their best year yet following a new appointment and a focus on the continued development of their staff.

Ubuntu Wealth Management, which is located on the High Street next to the Salty Dog, has recently hired Harry Roache as a Financial Adviser to further improve Ubuntu’s approach to the service clients receive.

The company is also looking to help staff grow within their current roles by encouraging and supporting them to pursue additional qualifications to enable them to provide their clients with an even better service.

Practice Manager Chauntelle Hope, who oversees all aspects of the running of Ubuntu Wealth Management, has spoken about the company’s growth and their plans for the year.

“We’re delighted to have Harry on-board,” said Chauntelle. “We have appointed Harry to ensure that we continue to provide a high level of client advice and servicing to our expanding clientele base. This continuing, high-level support enables us to focus on building value for our clients.

“Part of his role is to be the main client facing member of the team, putting our clients at the heart of everything we do by providing quality face-to-face financial advice and support.

“It’s also great to see our staff members continually striving to improve themselves through study and various workshops to carry this through to their existing roles.

“For example our admin team achieved a number of diploma qualifications at the end of 2019 and they have already enrolled in new diploma level coursework for 2020. We’re all looking forward to growing as a team this year.”

Chauntelle has also spoken about Ubuntu’s aspirations moving forward as well as revealing why the company continues to be successful.

“Our aim is become established as the local leading Financial Wealth Management company in Northwich, Cheshire and surrounding areas,” commented Chauntelle.

“The company is going from strength to strength with a rapid increase in clientele in the North West which is due to the high quality of the advice and outstanding personal service that we provide.”

Away from the office, Ubuntu Wealth Management pride themselves on their community spirit and are once again sponsoring the 2020 Northwich Swimathon.

Taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March, Chauntelle has explained why the company likes to be involved in events such as these: “When it comes to charity and being part of a community the spirit of Ubuntu is ever present as we believe that working together as a team can improve our communities and help to create the world as we would like it to be.”
