  2. One Vote per Email per Category – You can vote once per category using a single email address. Duplicate or repeated votes from the same email will be discounted.

  3. Local Eligibility – Only businesses within the Northwich BID geographical area are eligible to be nominated or voted for.

  4. Vote Validation – Votes may be checked to ensure they comply with the rules and are genuinely cast by individuals within our community.

  5. Fair Use & Integrity – Any votes that appear to be automated, bulk submitted, fraudulent, or otherwise suspicious may be removed without notice.

  6. Organiser’s Discretion – The organisers reserve the right to disqualify or remove votes that do not meet these rules or are deemed to compromise the fairness of the competition.

  7. Final Decision – The decision of the organisers regarding eligibility, counting, or outcome of votes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
