Barons Quay have teamed up with the Northwich BID to create the Northwich Flower Trail, a fun-filled wildflower adventure for children to discover this summer!

They’ll learn all about our native plants and they could win a £50 gift card!

The Northwich Flower trail consists of 20 British wildflowers, which can be found in locations around Barons Quay, Witton Street, Market Street and the High Street. The beautiful blooms include well-known favourites as well as more unusual flowers that you may not have heard of!

To take part simply pick up an activity sheet from The Entertainer store in Barons Quay or Northwich Library and then go in search for the Flower Trail floor stickers around the town.

Once you’ve found a flower you can learn all about it thanks to our interactive QR codes, simply scan for fascinating flower facts.

Once you have found all 20 flowers, add your contact details to the checklist and post your completed sheet in the special letter box on level one of the travelator hall at Barons Quay, you’ll then be entered into a free prize draw to win a £50 gift card for The Entertainer.

For a second chance to win post your flower trail pictures on social media using #NorthwichFlower, tagging in Barons Quay and Visit Northwich, the best picture will win a £50 gift card for a Northwich shop or restaurant of the winner’s choice.

While you’re out and about look out for two fantastic floral works of art that have been created on windows in Barons Quay and on Crown Street.

This flower themed activity is part of the Northwich in Bloom entry for 2021, which looks to demonstrate horticultural excellence, community involvement and environmental friendliness.

Enjoy taking part and don’t forget to share your pictures!
