Venture into Northwich and visit local businesses to collect four essential items for your craft project. Once you have gathered all the components, head to our designated workshop area where you’ll assemble your creation, following a theme centered around growing your own food in a sustainable and enjoyable manner.
What you’ll create:
Children can use their creative ideas to transform a simple terracotta pot into a unique artwork using bright art pens. Volunteers from Transition Northwich will help children to choose and plant seeds ready to grow their own edible leaves at home.
The children will gain confidence planting seeds and be able to reuse the pot for lots of growing in the future.
