Paul Hurley has written many interesting and very well-researched books, mostly about the history of Northwich and its surrounding towns and villages. He also writes the weekly ‘Looking Back’ feature in the Northwich & Winsford Guardian. Most recently together with his wife, Paul and Rose Hurley have written Cheshire Murders & Misdemeanours, where they have delved into the historical records to reveal the dark side of life of everyday people of Cheshire.
