With the festive season in full swing, there’s no better time to recognise the people who make shopping, dining and spending time in Northwich such a pleasure. As you’re out and about enjoying the Christmas atmosphere, keep an eye out for the ‘Christmas Crackers’ dotted around town – they’re a little reminder of how many wonderful people we have in Northwich who go the extra mile every day.
What are the Customer Excellence Awards?
Organised by the Northwich Business Improvement District (BID), these new awards are all about shining a spotlight on the businesses that deliver brilliant customer experiences. There are 10 award categories, covering everything from cafés and hospitality to hairdressers, retailers, and even vehicle servicing.

How to Vote
The best part? The winners will be chosen entirely by the public. Some categories allow you to select up to three businesses, while others ask you to pick your standout favourite.
