- The Competition starts at 5:00pm on Friday, 26th February 2021 and will run until 12:00pm on Thursday, 11th March 2021. Any entries received outside of any Competition Period will be void.
- One entry per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void.
- Entry is through the Visit Northwich website. Comments made on any social media posts relating to the competition will not be included.
- 3 winners will be selected at random from all of the entries. If the winner is under the age of the 18 they must provide the details of someone over the age of 18 who will be contactable to carry out any necessary administration relating to the competition.
- The winners will be selected by the Northwich Business Improvement District (BID) from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone, or by using the other contact details provided. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners as soon as the competition closes. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Northwich BID reserves the right to choose another winner from the valid entries that were received during the Competition Period.
- The prizes will be revealed by Northwich BID in due course. The Northwich BID will confirm how to access/receive the gifts given out as part of the competition.
- The prizes will be non-transferable and there will be no alternatives to the prizes in whole or in part.
- The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Competition.
- The promoter of this competition is the Northwich BID (the “Promoter”).
