The ultimate countdown to the 2023 Northwich Pina Colada Festival has begun!
This is the event you don’t want to miss and guess what? It’s completely free to attend on Saturday, August 19th!
What’s in store for you this year? Well, hold on tight because it’s going to be Pina Colada paradise, and we’re taking it to a whole new level!
Starting at 12pm, we’re cranking up the volume with live music in Apple Market Place. Picture yourself grooving to the beats, surrounded by GIANT festival props and festival glitter galore. And wait for it…the Parade at 5pm will blow your mind!
As you head to Upper Witton Street (Past Northwich Library), get ready for the ultimate street game extravaganza! We’re talking free popcorn, candy floss, and even more mesmerising GIANT festival props. Oh, and don’t forget the parade at 3pm!
Keep the excitement going as you make your way to Barons Quay (Wildflower Meadow/Wildwood). Get your adrenaline pumping with thrilling funfair rides and dive into the Pina Colada-themed Crazy Golf extravaganza. Oh, and you cannot miss the Parade at 1pm!
Head over to Barons Quay Square for a whole lot of family-friendly fun. Get those cameras ready because this is where dreams come true. Strike a pose with your Pina Colada drinks, show off your best Pina Colada outfits, chill out in deckchairs, and of course, capture those picture-perfect moments with the GIANT Festival Props. And guess what? This is also the starting point for all parades!
And here’s the best part, we’ve got some surprises up our sleeves, but shh…we can’t spoil those for you just yet!
As the clock strikes 6pm, the music keeps on grooving inside our incredible venues across the town centre. It’s a non-stop party you won’t want to end!
But wait, there’s more to sip and savour! Our hospitality businesses are concocting the most delicious and refreshing Pina Colada Cocktails, Mocktails, Milkshakes, and even serving Pina Colada-themed food. And guess what? Some of our retail shops are also joining the fun with Pina Colada-themed items on display!
And hold onto your party hats because we’ve got some exciting news! For the first time ever, we’re on the hunt for the best-dressed attendee! Strut your stuff, meet our strict judging criteria and you could win a fabulous £100 to spend in one of our town centre businesses.
– The crazier the outfit the better 🤡
– Groups dressed in matching outfits can score more points (prize to be shared) 👌
– Don’t come dressed as a giant pineapple – we already have one of them! 🍍
– More than 10 accessories will win an extra point! Good luck! May the most outrageous costume win! 🎉🥳
