Please ensure you have your tickets available to scan on entry, this can be on a phone or printed.
All attendees will be provided with a wrist band, under 18’s will have a distinctive colour compared to over 18’s – please ensure you bring ID as we will be operating a strict Challenge 25.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
Bag searches will be in operation to ensure we have a safe and secure event.
Parking
The Plaza does not have a customer car park, however the town has numerous car parks all just a short walk away. Your closest is Watermans car park which is just across the road (free after 6pm) and this is followed by Victoria Club car park around 3 minutes walk away (free after 6pm). Venue Accessibility
The Plaza is a Grade 2 listed building and is accessible to the vast majority of requirements with wheelchair entry available. An accessible toilet will be available for the period of our events. Please email [email protected] if you have any queries or would like to discuss your access needs.
Covid-19
We strongly recommend all attendees take a lateral flow test before visiting the venue, and if positive you follow government guidance and stay at home – contact [email protected] for any queries. Face masks are not mandatory but are advisable, hand sanitising stations are located around the venue and we recommend you use them. The venue will be running at half capacity, so they’ll be plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable.
