Piña Colada Festival 2025 Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 and over, except employees of the Piña Colada Festival organisers and their immediate family members.
  2. Entry: To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey provided. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  3. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter the competition, and entering the survey does not require participants to opt-in to the prize draw.
  4. Prizes:
    • £100 voucher to spend in a Northwich town centre business.
  5. Competition Period: The competition closes at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 21st September 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Monday, 22nd September 2025.
  7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their survey submission. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
  8. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be arranged for collection or delivery within 30 days of the winners being announced.
  9. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are offered.
  10. Data Protection: Personal data provided during the survey will be used solely for the purposes of the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  11. Right to Cancel: The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s control.
  12. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
